“Quick email to say thanks for a really great course, I was very impressed.  Does this stuff work OMG! The OMG ! was today. In brief, I am working with a lady in her 40's who had a very minor incident on the dual carriageway. No collision, but the back end of her car slid out, which has left her terrified to go near that stretch of road, and she goes to bits. She did the technique for anxiety whilst thinking about driving down that particular stretch of road, the most 'feared' bit.  She then said 'I can't really remember which corner it was'...my jaw hit the floor as she had just told me that for 14 years she has been vividly picturing that corner….and now she can't even remember which one it was! Not only that, but she has just driven down that stretch of dual carriageway with totally relaxed body language; this is the first time in 14 years that she has driven on this particular road.”
