Having recently attended a workshop run by Diane Hall I approached it with an open mind because as driving instructors we are constantly meeting people from all walks of life with differing learning requirements, so I feel we need to be able to adapt to whatever style of learning is required. At the workshop Diane made everyone feel at ease and got everyone involved right from the start. Diane has an easy going style but is constantly keeping the subject matter interesting and lively. There are lots of interactive sessions ranging from slides to group activities and I found the whole workshop thoroughly engaging. If you are thinking of using a change in approach to help people get over exam nerves, the system that Diane uses can certainly help and also change people’s concept about how to get rid of those negative feelings. When you listen to Diane talk on this you will see she is a person who is passionate about what she does and easily brings people around who are a little reserved about change.
